My name is Lennon Ruthven (https://lennonruthven.me), a spiritually inclined fitness enthusiast. I dived into obsidian around 2 years ago now. This template keeps me guided throughout the day. Tread through the remainder of your day knowing you are steadily headed towards your goals.

Three Pillars: Dailies, Preparation & Alignment & The Morning Evaluation


DAILIES

Run towards your Dailies.

Identify the projects you will work on for the day. Input actionable steps you will engage in, i.e. to prevent overwhelm, list one task for every project to be completed for the day. Once completed, add new tasks.

PREPARATION & ALLIGNMENT

Run away from your Anti-focus.

Your Anti-focus is the identified negative occurrences that are frequently spoiling your attention that you have previously become aware of. Ideally you want to make a separate note to clearly refer back. Tally charts, a pocket note-book, whatever it is, after identifying your flow-blockers / distractions, work on maintaining focus. You maintain focus when you limit what you give your attention. Filling in your anti-focus helps bring awareness to what your physical self should not be giving attention to.

MORNING EVALUATION

Self-inquiry. High-performing individuals are constantly recreating themselves. Elon Musk went from Cars to Rockets. Will you leave these evaluation questions left unanswered?
